Every photographer develops a shooting style that works best for the way they create images. Some prefer complete control, while others let the camera handle part of the work so they can focus on composition and the moment.

So, what’s your favorite shooting mode?

- 📷 Aperture Priority (Av/A)
- ⚡ Shutter Priority (Tv/S)
- 🎛 Manual (M)
- 🤖 Program (P)
- 🌙 Something else?

Tell us which mode you use most often and why. Has your preference changed over time? Do you use different modes for landscapes, wildlife, sports, portraits, or travel?

There isn’t a right or wrong answer. Every mode has its strengths, and we’d love to hear what works best for you and why.

For most of my photography, I spend the majority of my time in **Aperture Priority with Auto ISO**.

It gives me creative control over depth of field while letting the camera react quickly as the light changes. That means I can spend less time adjusting settings and more time paying attention to composition, light, and the story I’m trying to tell.

I’ll switch to Manual when the situation calls for it, but I’ve learned that the best camera settings are the ones that let you stay focused on making photographs rather than constantly looking at the camera.

I’d love to hear what everyone else uses and why.
